- Provide applications support for ERP System
- Implementation of ERP System to customer
- Support the testing of new features or functions of the applications
- Attending to incoming calls by customer who encounter system problem or from emails
- Carry out hands-on installation and troubleshooting of software
- Support software proper maintenance and documentation according to the company’s guide and quality assurance policies
- Ensure proper maintenance and updates of functional test and operation specification
- Participate and support in the activities for systems implemented
- Other ad-hoc jobs as required and given by superior
- Min Degree/Diploma in IT or Accounting
- Experience and knowledge in AP or AR in Accounting System will be added advantage
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience in accounting system integration
- Able to perform in a fast paced environment with minimum guidance
- Able to speak fluent Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Able to write English for support and documentation
- Keen interest in programming (add-on)
- Analytical and possesses good technical skills
- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- Excel VBA programming will be added advantage
